Greene, all of whose residences and last known addresses are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, and You are hereby notified that you have been named Defendant in a legal action entitled Jimmy Williams, Administrator for the Estate of James C. Greene, Plaintiff vs Susan Perron, et al. This action has been assigned Case # 20240061 A and is pending in the Probate Division of the Common Pleas Court of Clark County, Ohio, 50 East Columbia Street, Springfield, Ohio, 45502. The object of the Complaint is to sell the real estate of the Decedent, James C. Greene, said real estate being located at and commonly known as: Parcel A: 3643 Old Mill Road, Springfield, Clark County, Ohio, Permanent Parcel # 180-06-00019-000-068 and more particularly described in Deed recorded in Volume 796 Page 216 of the Deed Records of the Clark County Recorder. Parcel B: 95 S Pleasant Street, Enon, Clark County, Ohio, and more particularly described as follows: Situated in the County of Clark, in the State of Ohio, and in the Village of Enon, Being Lot Number 77 as the same is numbered and designated in Baker's Second Addition, a plat of which is recorded in Volume 3, Page 36 of the Plat Records of Clark County, Ohio. Parcel C: 234 W. Parkwood Ave., Springfield, Clark County, Ohio, and more particularly described as follows: Situate in the City of Springfield, County of Clark, and State of Ohio and bounded and described as follows: Being Lot Numbered Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty-Seven (11,927) as the same is numbered and designated on the plat of Perrin Woods, 2nd Addition to said City of Springfield, Ohio which plat is of record in Vol 7, Page 44 of Plats in the Office of the Recorder of Clark County, You are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice which will be published once each week for three consecutive weeks. The last publication will be made on May 6, 2024, and the 28 days for answer will commence on that date. In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded on the Complaint.
