RT. 123, MORROW, OH 45152, will take notice that on the 12th day of June, 2020, Barney Wright, Treasurer of Warren County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Warren County, Ohio, at 500 Justice Drive, Lebanon, Ohio, 45036, in Case No. 20CV93384 on the docket of said Court, demanding judgment in the amount of $3,543.13, plus accrued taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest and court costs; and, Plaintiff is seeking an order of foreclosure against the following described real estate: Sidwell No. 18-36-127-003 Account No. 4807227 Situate in the Township of Salem, Warren County, Ohio, being a part of Military Survey 1494, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center of State Route #123 as the same is now used and constructed, said point being North 10 deg. 15' east 338.10 feet from the northwest corner of the lands of Florence Bumell as described in Deed Book 172, Page 219, of the Warren County, Ohio, Deed Records, said Bumell's corner being north 10 deg, 15' east 954.15 feet by deeds from a stone at the most southerly corner of the lands conveyed to Robert and Pearl Rude as described in Deed Book 126, at Page 221 of the Warren County, Ohio Deed Records; thence from the above described beginning point and running with the center of State Route #123, north 10 deg.15' east 76.60 feet to a spike; thence with said State Route #123 N. 22 deg. 03' east 23.40 feet to a point; thence leaving said State Route and running south 71 deg. 29' east 150.34 feet to a stake; thence south 1 deg. 02' east 100 feet to a stake; thence north 73 deg. 00' west, 174.31 feet to the place of beginning, containing 365/1000 of an acre of land. Subject to all legal highways, easements, covenants, conditions and restrictions of record.
