You are hereby notified that you have been named a defendant in a legal action in the above caption matter. The object of the Complaint filed against you by Plaintiff, Adrien Ntinunu, is to seek damages suffered by Plaintiff directly and proximately caused by your actions on June 18, 2021, on a public street known as W.
