Hillcrest Ave. Dayton, OH 45406-2311, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Carl Byrd and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Carl Byrd, Unknown Spouse of Carl Byrd, whose last known address was unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Spouse of Carl Byrd and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Carl Byrd will take notice that on the 7th September, 2022, John McManus, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2022 CV 4033, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Carl Byrd. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. R72 15911 0043. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 21st day of January, 2023 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
