McMicken Avenue Apt. 2F Cincinnati, OH 45124, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Eric Coleman, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Eric Coleman, will take notice that on the 30th day of January, 2019, Carolyn Rice, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed her Complaint in Case No. 2018 CV 2599, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Robert A. Coleman, deceased. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. No. H33 00404 0004. Said Defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 4th day of August, 2019 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
