Ammons; John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any of Amy N. Ammons; Debra Workman; John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any of Debra Workman; John Doe, Name Unknown, the Unknown Heirs at Law or Under the Will, if any, of Jasper R. Nagy, Jr., and their unknown spouses whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on December 14, 2022, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Dayton, Inc., an Ohio non-profit corporation filed its Complaint for Foreclosure in Case No. 22CV0574 in the Common Pleas Court for Clark County, Ohio, located at 101 N. Limestone Street, Springfield, Ohio 45501, alleging that, amongst other things, the Defendants, Amy N. Ammons; John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any of Amy N. Ammons; Debra Workman; John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any of Debra Workman and John Doe, Name Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, at Law or Under the Will, if any, of Jasper R. Nagy, Jr. and their unknown spouses may claim to have an interest in the real property as further described as follows: SITUATED IN THE STATE OF OHIO, COUNTY OF CLARK AND THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD, VIZ: BEING A PART OF SECTION NO. 34 OF TOWNSHIP NO. 5 IN RANGE NO. 9, MRS. BEGINNING AT A POINT 372 FEET SOUTH FROM THE POINT WHERE THE SOUTH LINE OF THE SOUTH ALLEY IS LAID OUT IN PATTON AND GOWDY'S ADDITION TO SAID CITY INTERSECTS THE WEST LINE OF PEARL STREET; RUNNING THENCE SOUTH WITH THE WEST LINE OF PEAL STREET 45 FEET; THENCE WEST 150 FEET; THENCE NORTH PARALLEL WITH SAID PEARL STREET 45 FEET; THENCE EAST 150 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
