Legal Notice Unknown Spouse of Julus Newton, whose last known address was unknown, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Spouse of Julus Newton, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Spouse of Julus Newton; Unknown Tenants, whose last known address was 308 Pleasant Avenue Unit 310 Dayton, OH 45403, present address unknown, and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and representatives of Unknown Tenants, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Unknown Tenants, will take notice that on the 1st day of July, 2019, Russell M. Joseph, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed his Complaint in Case No. 2019 CV 3036, in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Julus Newton. Defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D.
