Verity Parkway, Middletown, Ohio 45042 will take notice that on October 17, 2022, MERG Properties, LLC filed its Complaint in the Butler County Common Pleas Court Case No.: CV 2022 10 1728 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand to enter a decree of Specific Performance in the name of MERG Properties, LLC and awarding damages resulting from Defendant Stumpf's material breach and judgment declaring that the Contract and Addendums constitute a valid and enforceable agreement and ordering that the same be filed of record with the Butler County Recorder's Official Records.
