Bradley, Deceased, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on November 5, 2020, Universal 1 Credit Union, Inc., filed its Complaint in Foreclosure and Marshaling of Liens in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio, 41 N. Perry St., Dayton, OH 45422, being Case No. 2020 CV 04277 against Wilhelmina L. Bradley, Deceased, et al. praying for judgment in the amount of $78,057.59 with interest thereon according to the terms of the Note from November 4, 2020 until paid and for foreclosure of said Mortgage Deed on the following described real estate, of which said Wilhelmina L. Bradley, is the owner of: Real estate located at 760 Accent Park Drive, Dayton, OH 45417-8808 as further described in Plaintiff's mortgage recorded on August 17, 2004 in Mort-04-095693 of the Mortgage Records of Montgomery County, Ohio. and that the aforementioned Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or to cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Montgomery County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise in the Dayton Daily News and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to the Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Universal 1 Credit Union, Inc. is entitled. Said Defendants are directed to the Complaint wherein notice under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is given. Said Defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight days after the publication. Said Defendants will take notice that you are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 17th day of February, 2021 or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
