REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES BEAVERCREEK CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION The Beavercreek City School District Board of Education ("Owner") is seeking professional design services. The Owner is interested in developing plans, drawings, and specifications consistent with the Master Facilities Plan ("Project") for: Development of approximately 90-acre site with infrastructure for a new 9-12 high school approximately 436,282 sq. ft., high school campus with athletic fields, 5,300 seat football stadium, 1,000 seat soccer stadium, field house, locker rooms, and concessions Renovation of existing 308,700 sq. ft. high school to middle school Renovation of existing 120,900 sq. ft. middle school and 160,000 sq. ft. middle school to elementary schools, add playgrounds Add new gymnasium space to three existing elementary schools Renovation of existing 106,690 sq. ft. building for district auxiliary functions Renovation of existing 37,016 sq. ft. elementary school to district administrative offices The estimated total Project budget is $260,000,000. The Project is contingent on the passage of a bond issue in November 2024. The Owner anticipates design services to begin immediately upon passage with construction to begin within a year and a half after passage. The Owner invites firms interested in providing the required services to submit their qualifications for consideration. Qualifications will be reviewed, evaluated, and ranked to determine the project team best qualified to provide the needed services for the Owner. Submissions should be in strict response to the information requested herein and should not include additional promotional materials. In accordance with R.C. 153.691, interested firms may not include in their submissions any form of fee estimate, fee proposal, or other estimate or measure of compensation; doing so will result in disqualification from consideration. This RFQ sets forth the intent of the Owner as to the procedure and criteria through which a candidate will be selected, but is not to be construed as setting forth specific terms of a contract between the candidate and Owner.
