CITY OF FAIRFIELD LEGISLATION SUMMARY NO. 11-2024 Following is a summary of legislation adopted by the Fairfield City Council on June 10, 2024. Ord. 75-24 Contract with Von Euw Tetrault for final engineering and design of Lower Harbin Park Area and declaring an emergency. Ord. 76-24 Contract with Choice One Engineering for the design of the Pleasant Avenue Multiuse Trail and declaring an emergency. Ord. 77-24 Contractual Appropriations: $135,000 for final engineering for lower Harbin Park area; $440,000 for engineering for Pleasant Avenue multi-use trail. Ord. 78-24 Non-Contractual Appropriations: $10,000 for geotechnical and testing services; $4,600 for Public Utilities vehicle equipment; $13,767 for replacement Formax FD 2050 folding/sealing machine; $41,778 for replacement traffic control cabinets; $7,600 for Wastewater Division instrumentation replacement; $17,864 for Water Division Well 7 emergency repairs. 6-14/2024
