LEGAL NOTICE NO. 40 Notice is hereby given that Downtown Dayton Partnership Corp., an Ohio non-profit organization, hereby makes application to the Director of Public Works for a permanent permit for the installation, maintenance and use of the following license or privilege in said public way, to-wit: a monument to commemorate the victims of a mass shooting in the Oregon District on August 4, 2019, said monument to be affixed in the public right of way of Clay Street as it abuts East Fifth Street. Objections to this addition should be filed with said Director on or before Thursday, June 20, 2024. Frederick M.
