LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on June 18, 2024, the City Commission of Springfield, Ohio, passed the following legislation: Ordinance No. 24-185, Consenting to the painting of bridge superstructures within District 7, including SFN 120280 over the railroad on SR 40 ramp to US 68, within the City of Springfield, by the Ohio Department of Transportation (identified as D07 BP FY26, and further identified by PID No. 110152); providing for the maintenance of the right-of-way; and authorizing the City Manager to enter into agreements with the Director of Transportation of the State of Ohio necessary to complete the project. Copies of the foregoing legislation are on file in City Hall at the Office of the Clerk of the City Commission, 76 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio, and are available for public inspection.
