LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD FY 2017-2023 Substantial Amendment to Annual Action Plan The City of Hamilton is seeking input from the Public concerning the inclusion of a substantial amendment to the FY 2017-2023 Annual Action Plan. The written comment period for the proposed substantial amendment begins June 12, 2024 and ends on July 11, 2024. Written comments should be addressed to Matthew McKinney, Assistant Finance Director, Finance Department, 345 High Street, Hamilton, OH 45011. The City proposes to amend FY 17-18, FY 18-19, FY 19-20, FY 20-21, FY 21-22, FY 22-23, FY 23-24 up to $328,036.71 for Public Facilities & Improvements, and up to $95,589.89 for Housing Activities. The HOME funds proposed may include but may not be limited to: FY 17-18, FY 18-19, FY 19-20, FY 20-21, FY 21-22, FY 22-23 up to $111,092.21 for Housing Activities. The CDBG-CV funds proposed may include but may not be limited to: FY 19-20 up to $6,320.19 for Public Service Activities. City Council will conduct a Public Hearing for the proposed substantial amendment on July 10, 2024 at 6:00 PM in Council Chambers, 1st Floor, 345 High Street, Hamilton, OH 45011. This substantial amendment will be considered for approval at the Council meeting on the same date and time.
