Notice of Board of Directors Meeting

NOTICE OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING FOR THE DAYTON REGIONAL ENERGY SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, INC. The Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Dayton Regional Energy Special Improvement District, Inc. (the "District") will hold a meeting at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at the offices of Bricker Graydon LLP, 312 North Patterson Blvd., Suite 200, Dayton, Ohio 45402. The purposes of the meeting are to: (1) discuss the launch of the new PACE Direct lending program; (2) consider authorizing the District to enter into various agreements with the City of Dayton, Ohio, the Dayton-Montgomery County Port Authority, and an accounting services provider related to the administration of the District; (3) review the District's 2023 annual report; (4) discuss non-contiguous expansion of the District's participating political subdivisions; and (5) consider any other business which properly may come before the Board. 6-4/2024
