NOTICE OF ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING FOR THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE RENAISSANCE ARENA DISTRICT NEW COMMUNITY AUTHORITY, CITY OF MIDDLETOWN, OHIO The Board of Trustees (the "Board") of the Renaissance Arena District New Community Authority (the "Authority") will hold its initial organizational meeting on June 27, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at 1 Donham Plaza, Middletown, Ohio 45042, Suite 2C. The purposes of the meeting are (i) to elect officers; (ii) to consider by-laws; (iii) to consider a public records policy and a records retention schedule; (iv) to authorize insurance; (v) to authorize selection of legal counsel; and (vi) to consider or act upon any other business as may properly come before the Board. 6-26/2024
