Ph: 614-644-3037 email: HClerk@epa.ohio.gov Hazardous Waste Facility Permit Action DuPont Electronic Polymers LP 1515 Nicholas Rd, Dayton, OH 45417 ID #: OHD004855292 Date of Action: 06/04/2024 On June 4th, 2024, Ohio EPA received a permit application from DuPont Electronic Polymers LP (DuPont), U.S. EPA Identification Number OHD 004 855 292, for the site located at 1515 Nicholas Rd. Dayton, OH 45417. DuPont is a chemical manufacturing facility specializing in supporting the electronics industry. The purpose of this permit renewal is to allow DuPont to continue required on-going corrective action activities. For the permit application to receive final approval, Ohio EPA must determine that the permit application is complete and meets appropriate standards and that the applicant has a history of compliance with relevant environmental laws and demonstrates sufficient reliability, expertise, and competency to operate a hazardous waste facility.
