Public Hearing: Map Amendment Case #8-24: A request by applicant Conor Meeks on behalf of Midwest Ammunition for approval of a Map Amendment and Zone Change at 1701 S University, known as Parcel ID: Q6542035000040, Q6542035000041, & Q6542035000042. The property is a total of 6.5944 acres. Per the City of Middletown Zoning Map and Middletown Development Code, the property is zoned B-3: General Business District and would not permit Manufacturing and Production with Caustic or Hazardous Materials therefore the applicant is proposing a Zone Change to I-1: Industrial Park District.
