LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FY 2017-2023 Substantial Amendment to Annual Action Plan Hamilton City Council will meet at their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 6:00 PM during which it will hold a public hearing regarding a Substantial Amendment to be included in the FY 2017-2018, FY 2018-2019, FY 2019-2020, FY 2020-2021, FY 2021-2022, and FY 2022-2023 Annual Action Plans. The City proposes to amend FY 17-18, FY 18-19, FY 19-20, FY 20-21, FY 21-22, FY 22-23, FY 23-24 up to $328,036.71 for Public Facilities & Improvements, and up to $95,589.89 for Housing Activities. The HOME funds proposed may include but may not be limited to: FY 17-18, FY 18-19, FY 19-20, FY 20-21, FY 21-22, FY 22-23 up to $111,092.21 for Housing Activities. The CDBG-CV funds proposed may include but may not be limited to: FY 19-20 up to $6,320.19 for Public Service Activities. Upon conclusion of the hearing, City Council will consider the appropriate legislation for the amended use of these funds.
