NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Centerville City Council Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing shall be conducted during the Centerville City Council meeting scheduled for Monday, August 12, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Centerville Municipal Building, 100 West Spring Valley Pike, Centerville, Ohio, Concerning Ordinance Number 16-24, An Ordinance Amending Ordinance Number 14-08, Chapter 1216, Section 9.31 Of The Unified Development Ordinance For The City Of Centerville, Ohio, To Add A Subsection Acknowledging The Adherence To The MOT/GRE I-675/Wilmington Project Access Management Plan. The Unified Development Ordinance and the application for the proposed amendment are available for inspection by contacting the Planning Department during regular business hours.
