NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. or thereafter, at the Liberty Township Administration Building, 5021 Winners Circle Drive, Liberty Township, Ohio 45011. The purpose of the hearing is to consider applications for appeals, variances, and/or conditional use approvals under Section 2.5, of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution described as follows: BZA24-006: Christopher Breda, The Meyers Y. Cooper Company, is requesting a variance under Section 8.4.3(1) of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution for relief from the requirement that all mechanical roof top equipment must be screened from view from all adjacent public and private rights-of-way and all property zoned or used for residential purposes. The subject property is located at 4712 Old Kyles Station Road, Parcel ID# D2020-008.000-084. The application may be examined in the Liberty Township Department of Planning & Zoning, 5021 Winners Circle Drive, Liberty Township from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday or sending a request to kchaney@liberty-township.com.
