Public Hearing Notice All property owners and citizens of Fairfield, Ohio are hereby notified that a joint public hearing between the Planning Commission and City Council has been scheduled for Monday, July 8, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Fairfield Municipal Building, 5350 Pleasant Avenue, Fairfield Ohio, 45014. The purpose of the hearing is to solicit citizen input regarding the submission of a Concept Plan for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) for a Wawa Gas Station and Convenience Store on 4.6 acres of land at the northwest corner of Pleasant Avenue and John Gray Road. The property is currently zoned C-1, Neighborhood Business District. Parties that wish to review the application may do so by visiting the Development Services Department located at the Fairfield Municipal Building or on the Development Services page on the City website at www.fairfield-city.org/ devservices.
