PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LEBANON PLANNING COMMISSION The Lebanon Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 16, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio. The public hearing is to solicit input on a Conditional Use for the construction of an electric substation on parcel 12051020010 in a Light Industrial (I-1) District. Any interested person may attend this meeting and express their views and submit evidence and/or written comments regarding the request. The application is available for review in the Department of Community Development, Lebanon City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, OH 45036.
