Public Notice 2025 Tax Budget as Required By

PUBLIC NOTICE 2025 TAX BUDGET As required by the Ohio Revised Code, a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Hamilton, Ohio at 6:00 P.M. on July 10, 2024 in the Council Chambers of the Hamilton Municipal Building, 345 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011. At this Public Hearing, a citizen may provide written and/or oral comments and ask questions concerning the 2025 Tax Budget. This Public Hearing will be held prior to consideration and adoption of the Annual Tax Budget at the July 10, 2024 Council Meeting, which will follow the Public Hearing. A summary of the proposed Budget and the budget document can be inspected at the office of the Director of Finance, 230 Ludlow, Hamilton, OH 45011 during normal working hours from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. daily, Monday through Friday. The Tax Budget may also be viewed on the City's website at www.hamilton-oh.gov . The Tax Budget will be reviewed by the Butler County Budget Commission to determine the need to levy taxes and officially certify estimated resources. The certified resources will be incorporated into the City's budget which will be developed in the fall of 2024 and subsequently submitted to City Council for approval.
