8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 is the deadline to submit an absentee ballot request for the November 3, 2026 General Election Absentee ballot request forms are available to be printed at www.montgomery.boe.ohio.gov or www.voteohio.gov. Requests must be received by 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at the: Montgomery County Board of Elections Voter Services Department 451 W. Third Street Dayton, Ohio 45422 All completed absentee ballots must be received at the board of elections office by 7:30 p.m. on Election Day to be counted. The only exception is: A voter outside of the United States whose ballot must be signed by the close of polls on Election Day and received within 4 days after the election A voter may vote in-person at the board of elections office starting at 8:00 a.m. on October 6, 2026, until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 1, 2026.
