ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 28, 2025 IS THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT AN ABSENTEE BALLOT REQUEST FOR THE NOVEMBER 4, 2025 GENERAL ELECTION Absentee ballot request forms are available to be printed at montgomery.boe.ohio.gov or www.voteohio.gov. REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 8:30 P.M. ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 28, 2025 AT THE: Montgomery County Board of Elections Absentee Department 451 W. Third Street Dayton, Ohio 45422 All completed absentee ballots must be received at the board office by 7:30 p.m. on Election Day to be counted. The only exceptions are: A voter from within the United States, whose ballot must be post-marked no later than the day before Election Day and received within 4 days after the election, or A voter outside of the United States whose ballot must be signed by the close of polls on Election Day and received within 4 days after the election. A voter may vote in-person at the board of elections office beginning at 8:00 a.m. on October 7, 2025, and ending at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 2, 2025.
