ADJUDICATION HEARING The Oxford Board of Zoning Appeals will hold an Adjudicatory Hearing on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. The following petitions will be heard: BZA-2026-04, 5745 College Corner Pike, VARIANCE to Section 1151.05(a)(3)(A)(1) to permit more than two wall signs, Gillman Home Center c/o Keith Haza, Applicant/Agent BZA-2026-05, 121 E High Street, VARIANCES to Section 1151.05(a)(2)(A)(1)(a) to permit a wall sign greater than 3 feet in height and Section 1151.05(a)(2)(B)(1) to permit direct illumination of a sign, Skipper's Pub and Top Deck c/o Terry Amarantos, Applicant Persons found to have standing may provide testimony to the Board during the hearing.
