ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of Riverside Concrete Maintenance, Repair and Minor Construction Bids for the 2026 Concrete Maintenance, Repair and Minor Construction Program will be received by the City of Riverside at 5200 Springfield Street, Suite 100, Riverside, Ohio 45431, until 10:00 a.m., (local time) on Wednesday, March 18, 2026. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project shall generally consist of concrete maintenance, repair and minor construction on an as-needed basis authorized by the City of Riverside. Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be obtained by contacting the City of Riverside's Public Service Department, Andrea Rachelson. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated contact. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Contact. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required. Only those contractors which are currently pre-qualified in the proper work type by the Ohio Department of Transportation will be eligible to submit bids for the construction of this project. A bidder must possess work types equal to at least 75% of the total amount of the submitted bid price. Bidder must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Montgomery County and the City of Riverside, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration, (614) 644-2239.
