ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of South Lebanon Water Tower Painting and Rehabilitation Bids for the Water Tower Painting and Rehabilitation project will be received by the City of South Lebanon at the Municipal Building, 10 N. High Street, South Lebanon, Ohio 45065, until Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Interior and exterior painting and rehabilitation of the City of South Lebanon's existing 750,000-gallon elevated water storage tank. Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found and downloaded at the following website: choiceoneengineering.com/projects-out-for-bid. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office of Choice One. The project will be awarded contingent upon OPWC approval which is expected on or around July 1, 2026. Work may not begin until after this date.
