ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Jefferson Township Blairwood Park Court Reconstruction Bids for the Blairwood Park Court Reconstruction project will be received by the Jefferson Township at the Township Building, 1 Business Park Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45406, until Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: The removal of existing tennis courts and associated fencing and the construction of new pickleball courts in the same location at Blairwood Park. Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found and downloaded at the following website: choiceoneengineering.com/ projects-out-for-bid. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office of Choice One. A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Township Building, 1 Business Park Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45406. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. The Contractor will be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages.
