ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Madison Township Park Revitalization Park Building Construction Madison Township Administration Building 5610 West Alexandra Road Middletown, Ohio 45042 Sealed bids will be received at the Madison Township Administration Office 5610 West Alexandria Road Middletown, Ohio until 10:30 a.m. local time on Friday, November 21st, 2025, and will be opened and read aloud at 10:45 a.m. or shortly thereafter in the Madison Township Administration Meeting Room. The Contract involves furnishing all labor and materials required for the Township Park Building as described in the construction documents and drawings. Plans and specifications are available at the Madison Township Administration Building. They can be picked up during normal office hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-1:30PM). The Advertisement for Bids may be obtained on-line at http://www.madisontwpbutlerohio.gov A walk through of the site and a bid document review will be held Monday November 3rd, 2025 at 3:00PM at the Madison Township Administration Building Each bid must contain the full name and street address of the bidder, a signed Non-Collusion Affidavit, a signed Personal Property Tax Affidavit, and a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bids shall be sealed and shall be clearly marked on the outside of the package "BIDS FOR Madison Township Park Building. Failure to submit bids in conformance with the Contract Documents will result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Butler Township, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage & Hour Division.
