Cook Public Library (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Mary L. Cook Public Library Community Playscape Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Mary L Cook Public Library located at 381 Old Stage Road, Waynesville, Ohio, 45068, until Wednesday, November 5th at 12 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened. The Project includes the following Work: Site Preparation, Demolition, Grading and Drainage, Stormwater, Site Furnishings, Sprayground Equipment and Mechanical System (if selected), Playground Equipment, Tree Protection, Landscape, Restroom Facility, Sidewalks and Parking Lot Work for the Community Playscape. Bids are requested for the following Contract: EJCDC C-520 Mary L. Cook Public Library Community Playscape Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately: Base Bid $1,446,000 Add Alternate 1 Larger Restroom Building $62,000 Add Alternate 2 Splash Pad improvements $181,000 The Project has an expected duration of 244 days. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website.
