Lorene Fryer, whose place of residence is unknown and whom cannot be served within the State of Ohio, will take notice that on August 28, 2025, Wright-Patt Credit Union, Inc. filed a Complaint as Plaintiff in the Court of Common Pleas of Clark County, Ohio, in Case No. 25CV0743, against the above named Defendants alleging that Jaynie Lorene Fryer Wigger fka J. Lorene Fryer defaulted on a promissory note held by Plaintiff and broke the covenants of the mortgage held by Plaintiff and Plaintiff seeks to foreclose that mortgage. The mortgage Plaintiff seeks to foreclose, secures the real property located at 3586 Osborn Road, Medway, OH 45341. The real property is more specifically described as follows: PARCEL NUMBER 010-10-00036-203-044 LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Situated in the Township of Bethel, County of Clark and State of Ohio in the northeast quarter of Section 36, Town 3, Range 8, M.R.S., and being a part of Lot Numbered 8 in a division of lots laid out in October, 1979, under the name of Country Gardens Estates, Section 1. Beginning at an iron pipe which identifies the extreme northwest corner of Lot Numbered 8; the point falls in the east marginal line of Osborn Road and is positioned 30.00 feet east of an iron pin set in its centerline; thence with the north line of the division of lots, South 88° 39'0" East, at 150.00 feet passing an iron pipe set at the northeast corner of the original lot, in all 290.40 feet to an iron pin; thence, South 1° 20' 30" West 182.06 feet to an iron pin; thence, North 88° 39' 30" West, at 140.40 feet crossing the subdivision line and entering Lot Numbered 6, in all 290.40 feet to an iron pin in the marginal line of Osborn Road; thence with the road line, North 1° 20' 30" East 182.06 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1.214 acres, more or less.
