Board of Trustees Notice of Public Hearing Date of Meeting: March 4, 2026 Time of Meeting: 6:00 PM Location of Meeting: Hamilton Township Administration Building 7780 South State Route 48, Hamilton Township, OH 45039 On March 4, 2026, at 6 p.m., the Board of Trustees of the Township of Hamilton, Warren County, Ohio will hold a public hearing to consider approving a contract to form and govern the Hamilton Township City of Lebanon Joint Economic Development District. The public hearing will be held in the administrative building of the Township, 7780 South State Route 48, Hamilton Township, Ohio 45039. The public hearing shall allow for public comments and recommendations on the contract. The following documents are on file for public inspection: (1) a copy of the contract, including the economic development plan; (2) a description of the area to be included in the district, including a map in sufficient detail to denote the specific boundaries of the area; and (3) an income tax schedule. These documents may be reviewed in the office of the Township Administrator in the offices of the Township of Hamilton, 7780 South State Route 48, Hamilton Township, Ohio 45039.
