Catherine Hartwood also known as Catherine Jones with the last known address of 847 Ninth Avenue, Middletown, Ohio 45042, but whose present address is unknown, as well as her unknown spouse, heirs and assigns will take notice that on February 10, 2025, The Estate of Glenda Everhart filed a Complaint for Quiet Title of the real property commonly known as 1217 Grove Street, Middletown Ohio 45044 legally described as: Situated in the County of Butler and the State of Ohio. Being Lot Numbered Thirty-One Hundred Ten (3110) as the same is known and designated on the recorded plat of the City of Middletown, County of Butler in the State of Ohio. In Case Number CV 2025 02 0311, the Plaintiff alleges that, in 1983, the Decedent Glenda Everhart entered into a land contract with the Defendant Catherine Hartwood and Irvin Hartwood (her spouse at the time). Glenda Everhart, completed the terms of the land contract, but title was not transferred by the Defendants. The Plaintiff seeks to convey the described real estate by Quiet Title, in the alternative it seeks.
