Christine Allyn Adkins, whose last known address was 132 N. Irwin Street, Dayton, Ohio 45403, and whose current place of residence and whereabouts are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on June 1, 2026, Reebecka Mae Martz and Devin John Martz, have filed their Petition for Adoption of Zeppelin Adkins, Case No. 2026ADP00056, in the Probate Court, Montgomery County, Ohio, praying that he be permitted by order of the court, to adopt, as his own child, the child Zeppelin Adkins, a minor born at Dayton, Ohio, and that the name of the child be changed to Theodore James Martz, alleging among other things in said Petition that Christine Allyn Adkins, the natural mother, has failed without justifiable cause, to provide more than de minimis contact with the minor or to provide for the maintenance and support of the minor as required by law or judicial decree for a period of at least one ( 1) year preceding the filing of the Adoption Petition. "A FINAL DECREE OF ADOPTION, IF GRANTED, WILL TERMINATE YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO CONTACT THE MINOR.
