CITY OF KETTERING LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Kettering City Council in Council Chambers at the City of Kettering Government Center, South Building, 3600 Shroyer Road, Kettering, Ohio on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. regarding Case # P.C. 26-005 a request to amend the City of Kettering Zoning Map by rezoning multiple parcels throughout the city to meet strategic land use goals established in the Kettering Comprehensive. These include zoning parcels to coincide with land use designations in the Comprehensive Plan, Re-establish the base zoning for Economic Development overlay zones and zone parcels without an existing zoning category. Zoning more than 10 parcels of land require the time, date, place of hearing and description to be published in accordance with Section 1153.04 of the Kettering Zoning Code. The Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding P.C. 26-005 on July 20, 2026 and hereby submits its recommendation to City Council that the requested zoning code map amendments be approved.
