CITY OF KETTERING LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Kettering City Council in Council Chambers at the City of Kettering Government Center, South Building, 3600 Shroyer Road, Kettering, Ohio on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. regarding an appeal of the Board of Zoning Appeals decision in Case No. BZA 25-007, which upheld the Zoning Administrator's interpretation that chickens are not considered "Household Pets" under the Codified Ordinances for the City of Kettering. This appeal relates to the keeping of chickens on the property at 817 Kenosha Road, Kettering, OH 45429. Interested persons are invited to attend and voice their opinion with respect to the appeal.
