CITY OF KETTERING, OHIO AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE NO. 4445-26 TO APPROPRIATE PROJECT PARCEL 10-WD FOR THE MOT-835 PED/BIKE PATH PROJECT (CITY PROJECT NUMBER 05-004O, ODOT PID 123306) IN THE CITY OF KETTERING, OHIO; AND TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY The Council of the City of Kettering, Ohio, duly passed Ordinance No. 4445-26 as an emergency measure at a Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, March 10, 2025. The ordinance shall become effective and take full force immediately upon and after its adoption. A copy of the ordinance in the form in which it was passed is available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk of Council, 3600 Shroyer Road, Kettering, Ohio.
