CITY OF KETTERING, OHIO AN EXPEDITED ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE TEXT OF VARIOUS SECTIONS OF THE CITY OF KETTERING ZONING CODE Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Kettering, Ohio, duly adopted Ordinance No. 4456-26 as an expedited measure at its Regular Meeting held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. Pursuant to Section 4-6 of the Charter of the City of Kettering, the ordinance shall become effective two (2) weeks following its adoption.
