PC 26-005) Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Kettering, Ohio, duly adopted Ordinance No. 4459-26 as an expedited measure at its Regular Meeting held on Tuesday, August 25, 2026. Pursuant to Section 4-6 of the Charter of the City of Kettering, the ordinance shall become effective two (2) weeks following its adoption.
