Kettering OH 45429, on Monday, June 1, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. for approval of a Zoning Map Amendment. This case (case #PC-26-010) has been requested to rezone parcels at 3750 Far Hills Avenue (parcel ID: N64 03410 0037) and 3775 Shroyer Road (parcel ID: N64 03410 0038) from R-2 (Neighborhood Residence) to CC (Community Center). This case also includes a request to change the Development Pattern District of 3750 Far Hills Avenue (Parcel ID: N64 03410 0038) from N (Neighborhood) to S (Suburban).
