City of Lebanon Legal Advertisement Miller Ecological Park Climbing Boulders Project RFP #26-01 Sealed qualification statements will be received by the Recreation and Natural Resources Manager of the City of Lebanon, Ohio at the office of said Coordinator (50 S. Broadway Ave.) until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 6, 2026 for the Miller Ecological Park Climbing Boulders Project, Request for Proposals #26-01. This project will entail constructing climbing boulders and installing them in the Nature Playscape of Miller Ecological Park owned by the City of Lebanon. The successful respondent will be responsible for construction, shipping, and onsite installation of the project. Due to the nature of this project, past experience manufacturing climbing boulders is expected. Contract documents, with additional specifications and requirements on the City's website at https://www.lebanonohio.gov/ departments/finance/bids.php. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities. The City also reserves the right to hold all proposals for 60 days after the opening date, even if not accepted or rejected. All contractors and subcontractors must comply with the prevailing wage rates established by the State of Ohio Division of Labor and Worker Safety Wage and Hour Bureau, and to all EEO requirements.
