City of New Carlisle Additional Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the City Council of City of New Carlisle, passed on July 6, 2026, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 3rd day of November, 2026, the question of: Shall the Ordinance providing for a 0.5% levy on income for the purpose of providing funds for fire and emergency medical services be passed? The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on Election Day. Precincts affected: CARL 1, thru 5 10-23/2026
