City of New Carlisle Advisory Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the City Council of City of New Carlisle, passed on June 6, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 4th day of November, 2025, the question of: Should City Council pass legislation permitting City of New Carlisle employees and officials to carry firearms while conducting City business? The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on Election Day. Precincts affected: CARL 1, 2 and 3 10-20/2025
