CITY OF SOUTH LEBANON PUBLIC HEARING LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the City of South Lebanon Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on November 12, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the South Lebanon Municipal Building, 10 N. High St., South Lebanon, Ohio, 45065. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on the Zoning Classification of 627 Mason-Morrow-Millgrove Road and 380 King Avenue, the property also known as the Frank Snyder Park Area (21.5659 acres, Parcel ID 13-31-200-004 & 13-31-326-003) from R1A - Single Family Residential (3-acre density) (unincorporated zoning, Warren County) to the RFP Residential Flood Plain. Upon review and recommendation by the Planning Commission, the matter will be forwarded to the City Council for further action. The public record is available for inspection during normal business hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, at the South Lebanon Municipal Building.
