CITY OF SOUTH LEBANON PUBLIC HEARING LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the City of South Lebanon City Council will hold a public hearing on November 19, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the South Lebanon Municipal Building, 10 N. High St., South Lebanon, Ohio, 45065. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on an application for a zoning map amendment submitted by Schnicke Development Group to rezone 8.32 acres of the property located along State Route 48, Parcel #12-02-3300-02 from B-2 - General Business District to R-3 - Single & Multiple Family Residential District. The public record is available for inspection during normal business hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, at the South Lebanon Municipal Building. All interested parties are invited to appear and be heard with respect to the proposed application. Comments may also be submitted in writing to Chris Hacker, City Administrator, 10 N.
