CITY OF SPRINGBORO ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the City Engineer 320 West Central Avenue, Springboro Ohio 45066 until 12:00 noon, local time, on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project known as "WWTP Generator Replacement" and at said time publicly opened and read aloud. The proposed work contains, but is not limited to, the following major items: Generator replacement including automatic transfer switch and associated electrical work. The project shall be completed by March 1, 2026. Bid documents will be available in the Office of the City Engineer, 320 West Central Avenue, Springboro Ohio 45066, on July 21, 2025. Eligible bidders must purchase documents directly from the Office of the City Engineer for a payment of $50.00 per set, none of which will be refunded. The deadline for purchase of documents is at noon on Thursday prior to bid opening. The City of Springboro, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. A pre-bid meeting will be held on August 11, 2025 at 1:00 pm at the WWTP, 275 West Mill Street, Springboro OH 45066, with an optional site visit to follow. All Bidders are requested to point out any discrepancies and ask for any clarifications at that time.
