CITY OF SPRINGBORO ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the City Engineer 320 West Central Avenue,Springboro Ohio 45066 until 12:00 noon, local time, on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary, with exception of City supplied & installed granite package, to complete the project known as "Vietnam Veterans Remembrance Memorial" and at said time publicly opened and read aloud. The proposed work includes, but is not limited to, the following major items: Site preparation, concrete, masonry, electrical work and landscaping for the new memorial addition to others existing at Gardner Park, 187 Village Park Blvd., Springboro OH 45066. Bid documents will be available in the Office of the City Engineer, 320 West Central Avenue, Springboro Ohio 45066, on March 8, 2026. To register for eligibility, bidders must purchase documents from the Office of the City Engineer for a payment of $35.00 per set, in person or via phone, none of which will be refunded. The City of Springboro, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. A formal pre-bid meeting will not be held but guided site visits of Gardner Park are available on request; contact Ken Conaway at 614-571-0614 to schedule. All Bidders are requested to point out any discrepancies and ask for any clarifications at any time during the bid process.
