CITY OF SPRINGBORO ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the City Engineer 320 West Central Avenue, Springboro Ohio 45066 until 12:00 noon, local time, on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary, to complete the project known as "Municipal Building Chiller Replacement" and at said time publicly opened and read aloud. The proposed work includes, but is not limited to, the following major items: Removal of existing chiller, furnish and install new chiller along with valves, gauges, isolators, insulation, tanks, pumps, controls, and all associated electrical work. NOTE includes Commissioning requirements. Bid documents will be available in the Office of the City Engineer, 320 West Central Avenue, Springboro Ohio 45066, on June 15, 2026. To register for eligibility, bidders must purchase documents from the Office of the City Engineer for a payment of $25.00 per set, in person or via phone, none of which will be refunded. The City of Springboro, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 320 West Central Avenue, Springboro, OH 45066, on June 30, 2026, at 1:00 pm. A site visit will follow. All Bidders are requested to point out any discrepancies and ask for any clarifications at any time during the bid process. Formal questions will be accepted until noon on July 15, 2026, by email to Chad.Dixon@cityofspringboro.com and if required, the City shall issue a written Addendum by July 17, 2026, which shall become part of the Construction Documents.
